Terms & Conditions for 789b Bangladesh

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 789b account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or contact details belonging to another person. 789b reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 Account Credentials and Password Security

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 789b strongly recommends selecting a complex password that is not used on any other online service. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number is available and strongly encouraged. You must notify 789b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.3 Account Accuracy and Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, email address, phone number or payment methods must be communicated to 789b via email support. 789b may require supporting documentation before processing any account detail changes. Providing false information during or after registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Access and Shared Devices

If you access your 789b account from a shared device — such as a family computer, shared smartphone or internet café terminal in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet or elsewhere in Bangladesh — you must ensure you log out fully after each session. 789b accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access via a shared device where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions.

3.5 Transfer of Account

789b accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift or otherwise assign your account or any funds within it to any other individual. Attempts to transfer accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved and may result in the forfeiture of funds pending an investigation into the circumstances of the transfer.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

4.6 Inactive Account Charges

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates their account. Players will receive advance email notification before any inactivity charge is applied.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who meet the qualifying conditions stated in the specific promotional terms associated with each offer. Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers are available to Players from Bangladesh only. 789b reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 30x Bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Any Bonus and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering target. 5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

789b reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player and is subsequently withdrawn, the Player's ability to complete the wagering requirement and convert any Bonus balance will be honoured for a reasonable period of no less than seven calendar days from the date the promotion is withdrawn.

6.1 Random Number Generation and Fair Play

6.4 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or system failure during a game round, 789b will review the affected round using server-side logs and either complete the round based on the available data or, where this is not possible, void the round and return the stake to the Player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 789b's decision following a technical review is final.

6.5 Responsible Betting Limits

789b cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally when requested to do so in connection with suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Account records, transaction histories and communication logs may be disclosed to authorised authorities without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

A Player may request the closure of their 789b account at any time by contacting support via email at [email protected]. Before closing the account, any active wagering requirements must be settled or the associated Bonus balance forfeited. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is permanently closed. 789b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; and receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider. Where an account is closed due to Player breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may be forfeited entirely.

8.4 Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets

Where an account is suspended or closed while open bets or game rounds are in progress, those bets will be settled at the applicable odds or outcomes once the sporting event or game round completes. If settlement in the normal manner is not possible due to the circumstances of the closure, 789b may void the bet and return the stake through the original payment method.

8.5 Changes to These Terms

789b reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
